Very well made...impressive set!!!Nothing so far to dislike with these knives, block and chopping board. A well balanced on piece knife. The loves them as do I. Good sharp carving knife which has allowed us to carve thinner slices of beef and pork from joints, our previous carver and gone well past its sharpness stage, despite sharpening on a regular basis, the new knife allows for thinner slices to be carved which are ideal for sandwiches rather than the wedges previously had. Over all a great knife set.this product is compact and practical and the knives have a great edge on them i have used them a few times already and being a chef for 44 years i think i know a little about the importance of a sharp knife.I would thourghly reccomend this set to anyone looking for sharp and easy to keep sharp knives.Blade snapped in half, not a happy chappySupposed to be strongGuttedAmazon refunded me most of the money so wasn’t to bad so 5 stars to themA brilliant top quality knife set. Very sharp clean cutting. The block is stylish and durable as is the chopping board. While not in use it looks good on the countertop for easy access when you need them.Very impressed!We returned these and bought from elsewhere as some of the knives were bent when we opened the box. It was a warehouse order but even so.
