It works, there's extra fuses, I can't complain. I thought I'd use oil but I ended up also getting ultrasound gel for easy cleanup. I'm new to at home suction therapy so I feel like this is the perfect unit for me. I looked around at the sellers selling the same model and this place had it the cheapest with plenty of cups, all of the sellers had complaints about the pumps not working. Also this shipped much faster than expected from within the US.Received a defective device which did not have any suction and it was immediately replaced. Don’t know if this machine works better because I have yet to try it but will come back with more info.I had an issue with the machine. They was helpful with replacing the machine and my clients are happyThe cups are not lined with any soft gel like material so it hurts and leave bruises. The suction sucks. Despite the bruises, I still used it several times daily as instructed and nothing happened. I gave it a chance since it said full refund offered but apparently you gotta pay shipping to send this heavy package all the way back to China, which is going to cost about half the price of this product. Should’ve paid better attention to who it’s from, I always have problems when it comes from China. Just don’t even waste your time with this.Suction power
