These knives are amazing. These are great for BBQ. You can filet, cut off fat and pretty much do whatever you want with this set...they are super sharp. I gave them 5 stars for the above reasons, however because they are very sharp they should have been put in sheaths. The knife holder is great for transport, but because these are very sharp some type of sheath to protect the blade...not the handles would make this set a 10 star product.
