It works perfect aside all the bad reviews honestly the suction is strong and its super easy to use i went to youtube and found it extremely helpful and made my use of it easy love it excellent purchase worth every pennyHi, I am rating this vacuum machine as 3 star so far, the machine is making a hissing sound at the pressure of 20cmHg. It works perfectly at 30, but 20 is a working pressure, and 30 is way too much for most of the cases. I couldn't return it, as the company only give a credit, or replacement. and I had no enough time to replace as I was leaving and needed machine at my trip.I will use it for a month and then update my review if it is still be in working condition.After reading mixed reviews, I decided to go ahead and purchase this machine. After it arrived I attempted to use it, although the guide that is included is incredibly vague. The machine had no suction. I requested a replacement through Amazon which arrived quickly and was relieved when the suction was at 60 on first use. The second use, 50, and the third time, barely any suction at 5...There is no information to contact the seller. I am horribly disappointed with this machine. I have never left a bad review on any product or service, however I felt other buyers should be aware. I would have selected 0 stars if the option were available.Very powerful suctionProduct arrived with brocken glass, over all still worked, suction strength did not go as high as expected but will still get the job done.Its good and suction is good. Dont know if its normal i am getting some bruse after the treatment. Will se how its will go.The release did not work as expected, a week or two later when I had time to put in a return, I was told the window had closed as it’s telling me now, the release on the machine doesn’t work properly, very disappointed.Good so far I have a breast density and hopefully it will work19/08- Seller doesn’t respond to messages, refund request hasn’t been processed, I sent back the order 3 weeks ago no news since then.Delivery to Australia was fairly quick but unfortunately device wasn’t working. Had to return it today. Will see when I get refund. Had big hopes for this device. There were no instructions how to use the device either so I had to find in YouTube.Unfortunately had a crack on the face of the machine.I love this product
