I would inflate more than recommend. It will bend a little in the middle. The rudder could be a little longer 10" would be good. And the paddles need to be longer. But I had fun and felt secure in the water.I bought the double kayak due to being a large lad, the boat is very stable , I've used this on lakes, river's and sea, take the skegs off and ride the waves, the only negative I can see so far is, it's a bitch to dry out as water gets between the bladders and takes a spong to soak it upThe boat inflates quickly easy to set up and is very stable and can’t really complain about anything . Then why not five stars? I hear you say. I’m not a lover of the oars they do the job but could be longer and sturdier and the pump lasted about six pluses and then failed so not impressed by that. But love the kayak have found me a new hobbyIt's a great kayak only problem for me being about 100kg the 0.8 psi wasnt enough so I had to pump it up to at least 1 psi but still a good all round kit apart from no carry bag for itAfter 3 months of use the inflatable floor burst whilst inflating.Found the split and repaired the area. However the floor had also split inside leaving a large bulge that runs half way down the floor.I rang Bestway directly and they don't sell these separately and recommended checking e-bay!Great value and excellent product. Everything you need in one box. Solid durable canoe that is easy to inflate and use. Carries two adults without an issue and gives hours of fun.
