Only came with one dumbbell bar and only 4 plates (5.5kg). Missing the other 8 plates (11.5kg) and other dumbbell bar.Works just like any other weight.Good product. A little annoying to assemble and dissemble, but that’s just a personal thing. I hate taking dumbbells apart. The weight stoppers/collars are screw on, so that adds to the annoyingness. Weights (and barbell attachment) are also a lot smaller than I expected but no big deal.So I was pleasantly surprised by this set, it feels pretty good, everything works how it should, just keep in mind this isn't like the more expensive variable weight dumbbells where you can change on a dime. You have to literally unscrews the ends, put the plates on, etc, yadda yadda. So that may kill your circuit time, but if you're ok with it, it's a really good set. I give it a 4 out of 5 for sturdiness because as much as I like the barbell configuration it _feels_ like it's not right enough, and I don't want to overdo it because I'm afraid it'll pop. It probably won't though. Oh and the plates are all in kg so make sure you can do the conversation in your jock heads!I bought it to start weight training at home. Happy with the purchase. We can easily add more weights and remove weights from the bar and it will take hardly a min or two. I recommend this for people who want to start lifting at home as you can start with small weights and increase as and when required.I really like this dumbbell. I use it twice every day, in the morning and in the evening. It gives me a good exercise every time. I think I'll need the heavier set after a few months. I hope to buy them once they give promotion.One end ring was missing. Everthing else is nice. If I can get suggestions where to get a replacement ring, that'd be very appreciated. For now, i'll just have one dumbell and a barbell to use for quick workouts.The weights work. They have an interesting design, I'm assuming for somebody who doesn't have a lot of room for storage of them. However, their assembly is clumsy for the barbell design. You have to stand them on end and work from the top, then flip it and do the other side.. I'll be using them only for a dumbbell now. My other irritation, that I didn't notice, is they are kilograms only. Yeah, quick head math will tell me the pound conversion, but kind of an irritation. Setting them up for a barbell only, exposes the threads on the pipes. They are sturdy, but you don't have a good handhold, your hands will be on the treads, if you use them on a weight bench.They will serve their purpose for dumbbells' only I guess. But I'm regretting the purchase.
